1. Subscription Overview
SalaryMate offers a single subscription product:
Yearly Pro Plan — ₹399/year (~₹33/month). Billed annually through the Google Play Store.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Yearly Pro subscription at any time through the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap your Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Find SalaryMate and tap Cancel subscription.
- Your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds for SalaryMate Pro subscriptions are handled in accordance with Google Play Store refund policies:
- Within 48 hours of purchase: You may request a full refund directly through Google Play Store.
- After 48 hours: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at Jasu1070@gmail.com with your Google Play order ID.
- Automatic renewals: If you forget to cancel before renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a refund review.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Option 1: Use the Google Play Store's built-in refund request system within 48 hours of purchase.
- Option 2: Email Jasu1070@gmail.com with your order ID, purchase date, and reason for refund. We will respond within 24 hours.
5. Free Features
SalaryMate's core attendance tracking, salary configuration, and dashboard features are available completely free. The Pro subscription only unlocks premium export, scanner, and backup capabilities. No refund is applicable for the free version.
